Deep copper in color Hopocalypse utilizes the technique known as "Hopbursting" where most of the IBUs are acquired during the last 20 minutes of boil giving it a huge hop nose and and even bitterness throughout. Eight varieties of hops impart flavors of citrus, melon, tropical fruit and berries with mild herbaceousness in the nose and a pleasantly bitter finish

Tap. Pours out a golden/copper topped with a nice head. Aroma was of hop over load, citrus, melon, pine, and some sweetness. Taste was more of the hop mix, melons, and sweetness show very nice. Finish it pretty bitter on the end.
