Sham (1846), Seattle, Washington, USA Jun 1, 2004 Pours brown. Creamy head with sheets of lacing. Small bananas in the nose along with some spices. Alcohol and yeast. The flavors are mostly malty coming in with sweet malts and caramel. The hops are bitter. Sticky palate that is full of sweet malts and a bitter finish. BückDich (4559), Boise, Idaho, USA May 31, 2004 Bright orange, copper color with a sticky off-white head. Excellent lacing. The aroma is floral & citrusy with bright hops & faint malt. The flavor has a good balance of citrus & hops with mild lagerish alcohol & caramel malts. Finishes sweet & bitter, well rounded. Delicious hops.
