Has kind of a grainy mouthfeel, some light cereal grain maltiness. Very light, with some bitter flavors and a sour acidity.

3/7/08 on draught at the brewpub. Aroma is light and grainy, with faint wheat sourness and no hop flora. Appearance is very clear yellow gold with a well maintained white head. Flavor is very tangy and light, with more sourness than sweetness and low on hop characteristics. Mouthfeel is very light bodied with medium carb feel and funky earthy finish. Overall, not too easy drinking and a bit rough for those looking for an american hef.

On Tap at the brewpub pours out cloudy gold topped with a small white head. A nice aroma of wheat and citrus. I also picked up a little citrus in the tast as well. not bad.

Draft: Yellow color with a light haze, smaller white head and light lacing. Nose is light citrus and wheat. Tastes sweet with caramel and citrus, some wheat and malt tones. Caught me off guard, this was pretty good.

Tap at brewpub: Cloudy applesauce color with not much head. The aroma is pleasant, almost citrusy. Strong wheat flavors and aftertaste with a mildly bitter and somewhat soapy finish.
