BlackDonald (1040), North Carolina, USA Jul 27, 2008 Has kind of a grainy mouthfeel, some light cereal grain maltiness. Very light, with some bitter flavors and a sour acidity. Bradrcr (606), Renton, Washington, USA Apr 27, 2008 3/7/08 on draught at the brewpub. Aroma is light and grainy, with faint wheat sourness and no hop flora. Appearance is very clear yellow gold with a well maintained white head. Flavor is very tangy and light, with more sourness than sweetness and low on hop characteristics. Mouthfeel is very light bodied with medium carb feel and funky earthy finish. Overall, not too easy drinking and a bit rough for those looking for an american hef.
