On tap at TableRock. Pours a medium yellow color with a medium white head. The aroma is thin grains, citrus, honey. Basically a sweet thin hefe, not much wheat. OK.

Aroma is fruity, hops, and wheat. Pours a traditional wheat color with amazing lacing. Tastes slightly bitter with a good wheat feel. Zesty on the palate and not too dry, mild malts as well. A very straight forward wheat beer, but not very complex.

Tasted on tap at the brewpub 10/25/2008. This wheat pours a medium orange gold color. Small to medium sized white foamy head. The aroma is wheat and cereal. A medium bodied wheat. The malts are cereal and bready with a touch of banana and clove, it more of a wheat beer than a hefeweizen. Hops are floral and slightly spicy. Kind of your standard American Wheat. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter with a touch of sweetness at the very end.

Draft: Yellow color with a light haze, smaller white head and light lacing. Nose is light citrus and wheat. Tastes sweet with caramel and citrus, some wheat and malt tones. Caught me off guard, this was pretty good.

UPDATED: MAR 10, 2007 On Tap at the BrewPub. Light golden hazy yellow with a decent white head and lacing. faint light malt aroma. Advertised specifically as not yeasty and thick, but I thought I detected a bit of the german yeast flavors. Just a tad. Tasted light, slightly citrusy, maybe because of the stupid lemo they stuck on my glass, and slightly sweet. It was tall, cold, refreshing and not unpleasant.

Aroma is wheaty and light hops. Golden pour with some head, nice lacing. Wheaty, light hops, kind of fruity, but that may be the lemon. Smooth flavor and pleasant aftertaste.
