1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 10/20 mikeschuld (51) - Bozeman, Montana, USA - AUG 23, 2009
Only gets a 10/20 overall for being true to style (a knockoff of a domestic lager). Otherwise a completely uninteresting beer
2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20 beerguy101 (5206) - Newark, California, USA - NOV 20, 2008
Tasted on tap at the brewpub 10/25/2008. This light lager pours a light gold color from the tap. Small sized white foamy head. The aroma is cereal and grain. A light bodied low alcohol lager.
The malts are cereal and grain. The hops are slightly spicy. It’s a little thin tasting, kind of expected for a light beer. No off or corn/rice adjunct flavors. Decent carbonation. Good for the Bud Light/Miller Lite Drinker I guess. Mouthfeel is thin. The finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is slightly bitter.
1.6 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 6/20 stchloe (691) - Portland, Oregon, USA - SEP 11, 2008
A solid light ale without any uniqueness. Not the best beer from Idaho. Domestic knock off, yech!
2 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20 BlackDonald (1127) - Boise, Idaho, USA - JUL 27, 2008
A very typical beer for the BMC drinkers that come into the brewpub. Everything about this beer is light. I mean it is clean and crisp, but has absolutely no body. There is nothing to it, extremely bland and watery.
3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20 Bradrcr (808) - Renton, Washington, USA - APR 27, 2008
3/7/08 on draught at the brewpub. Aroma is light and fruity, very similar to better national examples. Appearance is extremely light straw yellow with a very low white head. Flavor is dry and simple, with stronger than average noble hops. Mouthfeel is very light bodied with stronger than average carb feel. Overall, clean and refreshing, a good approximation of national brands.
2.4 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 jake65 (2315) - Williston, North Dakota, USA - JUN 25, 2007
Draft at brewpub: Light copper and orange color with a modest white head. Faint aroma of malt and lagerish qualities. Tastes clean and light, just as I imagine the brewers intention for this one. Look honey, I’m drinking a mircrobrew!
