nose of roasted malts and a good dose of chili heat. pours muddy dark brown with a fading head. flavors of chocolate and roast up front. cocoa sweetness followed by pepper flavors and a building lasting head. good.

Tap @ TBC. Thick dark pour with a medium brown head fading quickly to a thin rim and leaving moderate lace. Nose is chocolate with a hint of hot peppers - both the heat and the flavors. Medium-heavy body with creamy carbonation. Chocolate, dark roast malt, anise hints and chili peppers. The residual heat on this one is not to be overlooked, but the mildly sweet and heavy chocolate flavors seem to balance it out nicely. Lovely and a great effort.
