COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A crisp, clean, easy drinking lager. Unlike most mass produced commercial lagers, this craft lager is all grain with no corn or rice added. We take pride in presenting a low hopped, light, easy drinking beer made in the tradition of an old American Lager. For the local and weekend warrior alike!

likely the most boring beer they make, as an entry level lager...but pretty nice considering the style. Enough hopping to make this crisp and bittersweet.

On tap at the restaurant in Tahoe City. Strong malt nose with some honey and general sweetness to it. Light peppery hops in the flavor. Taste is like hay and honey with a light buttery character.

16 oz sample on tap at Magpie in Sacramento. The aroma on this is essentially non-existent. Light sweetness. Transparent yellow body with a creamy white head and good lacing. Starts with moderate sweetness. Becomes a little metallic and biscuity in the middle. Finishes with a bit of an herbal bitterness. Still kinda harsh, and I am surprised no adjuncts were used in this.

Draft at Base Camp Pizza. Lagers are not my fav style, so I will try to be fair. Overall decent brew for the style. Much better than any typical US commercial grade lager ie Coors. Pours yellow. Lemon and grass underlines in flavor and aroma. Also bread. Very crisp and easy to drink. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Im always scared when my beer reminds me of a urine sample. Light wet straw hop aromas. Light slight pale green lager taste. Minimal hop after taste.
