Bottle shared by Jack, thanks! Pours a hazy gold with a slight amber hue with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a strong whine note with light funk and some sour light fruits supporting. Flavor is a bit more acidic but still full of wine barrel with sour light fruits underlying.

Bottle picked up in CA. Slightly hazy light Amber pour with a small head. Nose is interesting. Buggy wood. Peach skin. Grape must. Flavor is similar. Lightly tart. Fruity. Peach and clementines. Mild wood. A bit of earthy brett. Medium body, active carb. Quite good.

Bottle shared with Paul and Vinny. 2015 vintage. Pours a deep bright golden body with thick white lacing. Mouthfeel is medium and tart with notes of sour fruit, minerals, sour grapes and white wine. Another stellar offering from Tahoe Mtn.

Bottle thanks to Spence. Pours out a hazy wheat maybe hazy because I got the bottom of the bottle. Nose is nice barnyard funk the cab barrels brett and some light fruit. Taste is more of the funky barnyard the wine barrel notes and a nice brett touch. This was very well done I would love to try more of Tahoe sour project stuff.

375 ml bottle poured a clear gold with a small lasting off white head. Aromas of straw, cabernet, oak, citrus and light funk. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry lightly tart finish. Flavors of straw, oak, vanilla, ligjt citrus and light cabernet with a crisp dry lightly tart finish.

Bottle, from notes(11/24/15). Early spritzy carbonation, but essentially no head (like you’d expect from the style). The taste is sour but without any vinegar or bite, just pleasant, well-crafted sour. Hints of funk and oak at the end.

500ml bottle pours a golden color with a bit of head. Mild sourness with some fruit and cabernet coming through. Great balance of flavors. Some Bret at the end.

Slightly sour barnyard funky aroma with bready malt. Pours a golden color with small bubbly white head. Slightly sour funky flavor with bready biscuity malt.. Light bodied, high CO2, quick sour finish, followed with bready malt. Good into sour. Not really sour and not overly complex. Easy to drink and refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
