2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Reviewed from notes. This was on tap at the brewpub.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a light golden yellow color with a quarter finger of white foamy head that dissipated within less than thirty seconds. There was barely any lacing.
The smell had some light sweet bread.
The taste sweet and lightly bready with a light aftertaste and watery finish.
On the palate, this one sat pretty light.
Overall, not a bad beer, just nothing over the top.

3.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub. Pour of clear deep golden. Coarse carbonation clings to the walls. Light aroma of sweet pizza sauce sugars. This beer has carbonation! Hooray! A first for this brewery. Flavor is quite palatable. There’s a sweet clean sugar of grain edges and thick wheat. It’s smoothes out with some brandied pear hops in the end. A touch thin, but right on for the style. Some diacetyls on the smack bring it down. Otherwise, certainly the best offering by this brewery.
