3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Nice golden colour with champagne-like bubbles. Very thin white head that dissipated almost immediately. Musty smell, like apples in the cellar. Tastes of fermented apples, with a sweet lingering after-taste. Very cider-like taste. Heavy carbonation gives quite a sharp bite; again, palate is very cider-like. Overall, the beer was quite a pleasant surprise. I expected a flavourless Asian lager, but got something with very unique character.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Poured from bottle to glass. Golden hue with creamy white head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is cereal, corn, straw. Mouthfeel is nice with a light body and crisp carbonation. Taste is dry with a slight sulphur finish. Overall this is a decent Pilsner type brew.

3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
My favourite beer in Taiwan as it ’s easy to drink, available everywhere including nestled in the fishmongers ice displays at night markets, and it’s dirt cheap. Produces up a clear, yellow gold with a silky white foam that holds. Slightly weedy and herbal, green tea nose. Soft, almost creamy mouthfeel. Watery and drawn for flavour. Soft leafiness to the back with a medial bitterness. Clean with not much going on. Dry, powdered grain midpalate. A turn your brain off and drink kind of beer. (64cL bottle & 33cL can)

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Golden orange color witha small white head, some cloudiness...resembles a belgian white. Smells clean, light and fruity. Starts lemony with peach and soda water on palate. Not much else, finishes crisply. Tasty beer that far exceeds its metal can pedigree. Purchased in a 12 oz can at Beers of the World in Rochester, NY.

Can. Clear yellow with a big white head. Malty aroma, hints of citrus. Bready flavours, some citrus. Not bad for an industrial lager.
