1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 2/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20
Serving: 650 ml. bottle from Total Wine Sterling. It pours a clear gold color with a large white head. The nose reminds me of malt liquor with a lot of adjunct and malt notes. The flavor reminds me of malt liquor to with notes of grain, corn, and alcohol despite only being 4.5%. It just tastes brash on the tongue. Light to medium body with average carbonation. Pass on this brew.

2.2 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
650mL bottle. Poured clear, bright golden with about 1" of stark white head. The aroma picked up fresh toasted grains and corn with light grassy accents.. nothing enticing, but non-offensive. The flavor found creamed corn and grains at the core, with slightly metallic notes and sharp carbonation on the finish.. this went downhill as it warmed up. Light-bodied and sharp on the palate.. OK-ish.

1.3 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 3/20
Tried this for the first time years ago at the Chimes in Baton Rouge with the family. For such a big bottle, this thing was cheap. Tastes of corn sweetness, some bread, and lots of carbonation. Medium bodied.

1.5 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 2/20
650 ml bottle from a random Indian restaurant in Frisco. $4 I can’t complain. Pours a clear yellow with as big a head as I give it. (Funny pun here) aroma of sweet corn, barley chaf and slight hay. Taste is sweet to gross and no hops here. Was no better than any other lager here but for $4 it’s cool. Grain!!!

2.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Rich yellow color with small whitish foamy head, high carbonation, slight citrus flavor, abrupt finish. Not bad for a pale lager.

Bottle 330 ml from Les Gourmets - Neuchâtel (CH). Tropical blonde, commonplace, without relief, based on grain and its sweetness. hints of vanilla and honey. Not bad but no real character

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
The aroma has a great deal of lager malt. This is very prominent when I take a sip of the beer. The taste is a slight bit astringent at first, but this went away. The Taj Mahal is a decent lager; not very complex, but not bad.

Pretty much a typical light lager, of course a bit better than BMC, but nothing special.

Bottled @ Taj restaurant i Cph. Golden coloured. Clear. Small off white head. ARoma of grass, sweetness, some grains. Flavour as well light grassy and grainy. Has some sweet fruit note. Quite thin bodied. End on a vague bitter note.

2.1 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 9/20
Pours a light golden. Some sweet aromas. There are some decent buttery and grain flavours. All in all pretty dull though.
