May 12, 2008 Bottle. Cloudy hazy milky. Leaves legs. Nose it nutty and sweet like almond milk. Great gritty granular texture is fun for the mouth. Thick but not chewy; excellent textural experience. Smooth. Strength is mellowed by sweet grain tastes. Distinctive flavors but the appearance and texture are what grab me most.

Apr 16, 2008 The aroma has coconut, rice, and sugar. The appearance is milky white and still. The flavor is like the aroma. The palate is smooth. It’s good.

Jul 7, 2007 Rated 7/7/07. Served chilled and shaken. Cloudy white appearance. Aroma shows rice, bubblegum, vanilla, and a bit of milk. Flavor is the same, with just the faintest hint of lemon. Body is a little watery for a Nigori, but very smooth. The alcohol is well hidden. Sweet up front, with a dry finish. Excellent with spicy sushi.
