COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A dark red Irish red with roasty overtones and a subtle, apple, fruity finish. Our most popular brew with a much sweeter finish than expected from the dark color.

While this was not on tap today when I went to the tasting room at the brewery I did have this when I went to the Good Beer Festival in Salisbury in October. This was very tasty and very good. This beer is an excellent Irish Red Ale and has a great mouthfeel and is very drinkable. I highly recommend this brewery and I feel that this brewery will be going places as they become more established on the Eastern Shore Region. ---Rated by E. Rhodes via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from dad. Overly sweet to me and something is a little unbalanced. It tastes like it could be pretty good if something were tweaked a little bit.

bottle. Pours a clear dark ruby body, much darker than the usual Irish Ale, with a small fizzy beige head. The nose is sweet and slightly husky malt with a little cherry like fruitiness. The flavor isnít all that wonderful, but its better than the Blonde that I had from this brewery. Slightly sweet with a husky and grainy middle, lingering grainy finish. A very light bitterness level, what hops are in here are dominated by the sweetness. Light to medium bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Itís not bad, but I would prefer the style to be a little drier.

Taster... Another reasonable effort fro an upstart brewery... Could be some potential here...

Dark copper with a thin off white head. Fruity (apple and cranberry) with some malty sweetness, full and leading to a long finish. Not a lot of hops present.

Bottle from Perfect Pour. Nice bold amber body with medium, tan head. Nose is spicy, toasty, fruity of apples. Taste is also apples, and fruits, some malts and spices. Clean finish. Alcy too.
