COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just like those classic video games we all grew up with, 8-Bit Pale Ale is spectacularly simple at first glance yet remarkably fun and complex when you get into it. Our Hop Rocket infuses the character of Australian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.

Aroma: Earthy (Noble?) and floral hops with subtle tropical fruit notes. Flavor: Tropical fruit and floral notes. Subtle sweetness and bread notes from the malts. Mild+ bitterness overall. Feel: Very good; smooth and almost creamy yet with medium carbonation. Overall: A well crafted APA featuring Galaxy hops.

Appearance: pours with a medium beige head, the beer is a very hazy slightly dark gold color Aroma: strong biscuit, bread, citrus, faint black pepper Taste: very strong malt backbone that is somewhere in between amber and pale, has a mild but not weak bitter finish Palate: thick mouthfeel, bitter aftertaste, average carbonation Overall: I really like this pale ale, malt talked the front seat in this one with the hops getting out of the way, very well done ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can. First off, greatest can ever. Now...pours a mellow gold with a high, creamy, off-white head. Nose is bright tropical fruit, honeydew, agave syrup, and fresh bread. On the tongue, it starts off with bitterness, then mellows and spreads into a warm, orange-caramel malt. The close is more bitterness; not strong or unpleasant, but definitely pervasive. Finish is clean and bright. Damned fine pale ale. +1 bonus point for the can.

Draft at the Draft Shack. Medium gold pour, no head. Nose is pine. Bitter. Middle is woody, medium bodied malt, little orange. Finish is bitter and earthy. Nice.

Aroma: fruity and hoppy; Appearance: golden straw, clear, with thin, white head that dissipates slowly; some lacing; Taste: more cereal than hops, which is disappointing; Palate: light bodied with long, bitter finish; finish is better than body; Overall: complexity builds slightly, but a bit of a let down overall.
