Just like those classic video games we all grew up with, 8-Bit Pale Ale is spectacularly simple at first glance yet remarkably fun and complex when you get into it. Our Hop Rocket infuses the character of Australian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.

Can. Pours a copper gold semi clear color with a nice head. Nose is sweet with tropical citrus, with a bend toward fresh pineapple. Taste is citrus, and sweet and on the light side, yet very drinkable. Finish is sweet and mildly bitter with a nice finish. Quaff Score 7 / 10

Pours a copper golden with a beige head and aroma of hops and citrus. Taste is light sweet, with hops, citrus, and lighter tropical fruit notes with a slight bitter, crisp finish. Light, easy to drink pale ale.

Unclear orange amber body with large fluffy creamy white head mostly lasting. Aroma is lacking punch, very sweet, tropical, some caramel. Flavor is semi sweet, fair bitterness and very dry. Lots of grass. Big Medium body. Creamy and soft. Very tasty and fair drinkability. Long dry finish that is fairly bitter. A good tasty beer that I would have again. Better out of the can.

Can, as pictured. Smells a bit of pine, citrus hops. Man, this beer fades fast....I had one a week or two ago and it was drinking much better, to be honest. Good summer beer, great for a hot day.

I love the 8 bit as a clean staple. It can is a great introduction of a "real beer" for my less sophisticated friends and the fun name gets them interested. Not much aroma but it pours smooth and taste great with a decent compromise of bitter and fresh.

Im an old computer geek, so this one is a natural for me. 16 oz. can pours a clear orange with lots of bubbles rising to a big, lasting off-white head that creates lots of good lacing. Aroma has melon, lemon, and biscuits. Taste is bitter at start and finish, with some malty sweetness in the middle Body is medium with a slightly sticky mouthfeel and average carbonation. A very solid IPA I am sure to try again.

Yellow with a white head. The aroma is full of biscuit malt with some grass and citrus notes. The flavor is nutty and toffee-filled with some citrus and grass notes. Low bitterness. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.

This canned brew from a beer bar poured a large sized head of foamy finely sized white colored bubbles that were very long lasting and left behind a uncarbonated hazy light orange brown colored body. The weak aroma was floral and malt hop. The mouth feel was weakly tingly at the start mediumly tingly at the finish with a mellow hoppy aftertaste. The semi-sharp flavor contained notes of caramel and hops. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.

Hazy deep golden colored pour. Giant white head that falls slowly. Tons of lacing left behind. Small amount of hops in the nose with a sharp lemon. Some malt. Taste is nice and malty. Biscuit and orange. Slightly sweet in the back with a bit of bitterness. Not bad at all.
