COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just like those classic video games we all grew up with, 8-Bit Pale Ale is spectacularly simple at first glance yet remarkably fun and complex when you get into it. Our Hop Rocket infuses the character of Australian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.

Tall can to snifter. Smells good; nice and hoppy for a PA. Tastes good too. Good pale ale.

Pours lightly hazy golden amber with a rocky off-white head. The aroma has a funky hoppiness, pineapple, mild cream, floralness and toasty malt. Medium body that’s lightly rough and husky with a nice amount of carbonation. The flavor begins much like the aroma. Like the aroma there are more descriptors for the hop profile, but this is far more balanced that it sounds. The finish adds a bit of citrus that is a bit like smooth lemon and orange. Nice pale ale.

Tallboy can poured into a Sint Christoffel thin tulip glass. Pours with a medium sized head and a hazy dull gold. Aroma is all hops, kind of vegetal, slightly fruity, and dry. Flavor is a slightly bitter with fruity hops. Nothing new, clean behind the hops, not overly dry, not overly sweet. Everything is kind of middle of the rode. Easy drinking, very much in the APA style. I could drink it again or easily forget about it.

Pint at ITAP Soulard. Had this right after a Palate Wrecker. Almost clear copper gold. This was swampy and grassy with a nice malt backbone. A bit of fruit! Bread, and spice. Nice.

Nice golden color with a finger high head, has some subtle light citrus scents. Smooth bitter taste that finishes well. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy apricot colored pour, lasting think carbonation and light fresh oranges and hops. Flavor is light bitter oranges, a little biscuity and very light on the aftertaste. Solid and very flavorful pale ale. I’ll definitely pick this up again.

16 oz can. Pours a hazy, light golden color. Aroma of pine, grass, grain, citrus. Flavor is grass, pine, grain, caramel. Bitter hops up front that mellows in the finish with a touch of sweetness. A bitter and hoppy APA that has a nice sweet malt balance in the finish.

Pour out of 16 oz can is clear yellow-orange with nice white head, aroma brought notes of lots of lemon, lemongrass, hints of biscuit and bready notes, touch of slight spice, really nice and refreshing smelling. Taste is bready and lemony up front, some lemon pepper and spice notes, hints of biscuit, finishing fairly bitter with some slight dry notes as well. Nice, refreshing, tasty, reminds me of bitter brewer.
