Great can, average beer. A hazy, yellow-orange pour with a white head. It has an earthy hop aroma with some mild citrus. The light body has a watery texture with average carbonation. The taste is mildly bitter with a slightly sweeter finish.

16oz can courtesy of Brian. Hazy orange-gold, big frothy white head. Fresh mellow citrus hop aroma. Pretty well done APA, lots of hop character, and a respectable toasty golden malt backbone. Some chewy caramel and rye tones, earthy. Comes off a touch bigger than the ABV would suggest, pretty full bodied. Grapefruit, orange, rind, Good beer, nails the style.

One of the coolest looking cans I have come across. Poured a golden orange with a huge, bright white head and wonderful lacing. Smell is faint tropical fruits, some citrus, and caramel. Taste is well-balanced, tropical fruits, light citrus and a moderately bitter finish. Medium mouthfeel with high carbonation. Not a bad APA, but nothing special.

16 oz can poured at home. Looks great, especially in the backyard in June. Golden and hazy, it fits in with the recently cultivated farm land. Nice white bubbly head w/ good lacing. Aroma has an intense pine scent too it, also gingerbread and a pleasant sourness. On the tongue it’s robust and coats the palate well upon finishing. Strong, lingering bitter finish, very enjoyable. I taste more citrus than pine, and it’s a pretty well balanced beer w/ the gingerbread malts holding up their end of the bargain. Easy to drink, plus I love the packaging. Recommended.

Pint Can from JeepCop (BA guy), thanks for the extra! First beer from Kansas, too! Where are the Galaxy hops? Had this before a Galactica Double Daisy Cutter, and can’t seem to taste the Galaxy hops I tasted in the GDDC. A clear amber colored beer, with a thick foamy off white head. The aroma of fruits like citrus and peches, with hopes. The taste of several fruits like orange peaches and citrus. There are bitter hops, with some spices. The aftertaste is sweet moving to strong bitter. Overall good not great.

Pint can. Poured hazy medium orange with a creamy whitish head. The aroma picked up orange and mango over sweet caramel and a touch of crusty bread.. juicy and clean. The flavor found moderately bitter orange and grassy hops over sweet caramel and a little toffee.. dried out on the finish, leaving a trail of scratchy orange bitterness.. tasty stuff! Light-medium bodied with just the right carbonation to keep it moving.. a tad sharp in the end, but overall it came together well.

Nicely hopped with a distinct bitterness on the finish from the hops. Very drinkable, yet complex. Be forewarned though, this might be extremely bitter and way too hoppy for those that are not hop lovers.

Tan to orange, a smidge of haze, 2-finger white head that dissipated down to about a finger, then had real nice staying power, leaving a creamy cap and pretty good lacing. Earthy, grassy, floral and citrus hops come through the nose. Some fruitiness. A little malt. Taste wise the earthiness come through, along with a good and solid bready malt base. But the main taste is the hops - Hops are smooth and plentiful, complex in character. Body is pretty light, well carbonated, and easy to drink. A light hoppy aftertaste lingers, along with some residual fruitiness. This is one slammingly delicious brew, but savor it please, or you’ll miss out on all the lovely hops. Very delicious beer. Definitely a hit from Tallgrass.

Pour is a bright hazy gold with a large white head. Aroma is a nice citrus hop with some sweet fruit. Flavor is a decent but low profile hop follow by a bigger malt presence. Finish is very dry and bitter. The first whif of the aroma is the best thing about this beer. Very tropical fruity.

Piney hops and light yeast in aroma. The flavor is grapefruit, citrus, an undertone of bready malts and a dry finish.
