COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just like those classic video games we all grew up with, 8-Bit Pale Ale is spectacularly simple at first glance yet remarkably fun and complex when you get into it. Our Hop Rocket infuses the character of Australian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.

Aroma is citrus and American yeast. Very light pale straw color. Good carbonation aids a thin body. Tangy fruit and plenty of bitterness from the hops. Sweet bready Munich malt in the middle and finish. A fine entry for a light IPA.

Pours a golden color with a white head. I really thought this would be hoppier. Tastes more like a farmhouse ale. Very disappointing.

An absolutely beautiful poured glass of beer. Great color and just enough head. A crisp bitter flavor.

Great simple pale ale. Hoppy aroma with a slight grain sense. Not too strong. Light golden color with a thin head. Light weight and clean and crisp. This was like a light IPA. Hops up front that mellow enough to leave you wanting more. Easy to drink with food.

A hazy light orange beer with a medium white head. The aroma is citrus and slightly resinous hops. The flavor is similar and verges on IPA territory.

I had this at Flying Saucer. Pours dark gold with a white head. Taste bitter, grass, Carmel. I thought this was ok. I could drink this again. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a cloudy orange with a copious amount of slowly dissipating stark white head. Very sweet nose- like caramel syrup. Some sweetness in the taste, some caramel that ends with a pretty nice cane sugar laced bitterness. This is an interesting more-sweet-than-bitter beer that’s pretty good.

Can poured a hazy orange hue w/ small fizzy fully diminishing white head. Medium fruity and hay aromas. Initial flavor is light sweet w/ a bold bitter finish. Tastes are hay, orange, honeydew mellon, grass, and lime zest. Medium bodied, balanced mouthfeel, and lasting bitterness in the finish.

Hazy orange pour with average white head. Aroma of fresh citrus, zesty hops, and cut grass. Flavor is also citrusy, persisting bitterness that lingers in the aftertaste.

On tap poured into a shaker. Mellow and light notes of grass and caramel start this one out, but that gives way to more fruity notes, particularly mango, orange, and assorted melon notes. It pours a golden pale color with a touch of orange and haze to it. An abundant, soft white head tops it, and slowly disappears to a thin dishwater layer, but leaves an above average lacing down the glass. The taste is very nicely balanced between medium sweetness and medium-light bitterness. A slick, smooth texture accompanies the medium body with a soft, yet somewhat fizzy, average level of carbonation. Mostly caramel and sweet citrus greet the tongue with a slight tartness that only appears at the swallow. There’s a zesty citrus and grass hop bitter finish, but it mellows rather quickly leaving behind a light resin and grapefruit aftertaste with some toasty malt quality to it.
