Just like those classic video games we all grew up with, 8-Bit Pale Ale is spectacularly simple at first glance yet remarkably fun and complex when you get into it. Our Hop Rocket infuses the character of Australian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.

Draft. It has nice solid head protecting it, but damnit Im drinking it. Nice agricultural aroma of pine and a hint of sweet fruit. Fairly mellow drinker, some mild acidity, but otherwise an easy downer. (#5900, 12/21/2014)

Really a great beer. Good hops on the nose, pineapple, tropical fruits, super clean. Very session able, clean, refreshing without being light or dull on the flavor. Light bitterness and dry aftertaste that makes you ready for more.

Pint can to a tulip. Pours a hazy yellow apricot with a thick white head that leaves an assload of lacing. Aroma is floral hops. Grass, light citrus and pine, and bread are also there. Taste is juicy hops and pine up front. They are met by a caramel and bready backbone that mixes nicely. It is juicy up front and leaves a somewhat dry and decently quenching taste. Not a bad pale ale.

Julie say it is a really gross beer. It is very hoppy and taste like air freshener Julie gives it a 1.0

Faint aroma of citurs and some notes of fresh hops. Dark yellow in color, clear, with a huge intense, off-white fluffy head. Sweet malt, infused with bitterness right out of the gate. Interseting, since its a pale ale, bitterness slightly up front but mellow and enjoyable. Citrus flavor is lively and fresh. Finishes with a nice balnce of sweet and bitter. Bitterness lingers some. Mouthfeel is fuller than for a normal pale...which I like. Nice.

Tall boy can with awesome art work. I liked this one a lot. Smelled fresh, tasted bright and hoppy. Seemed to be on the IPA side in flavor, but keeps everything in check. Clean finish. Digging this brewery. Good stuff.

Can. Nose of oranges, earth, tropical fruits, biscuits. Cloudy, glowing orange color. Rather bitter flavor, earthy and a bit harsh, nice biscuity malts, ripe tropical fruits, strong bitterness.

Great packing graphics. Too bad the beer doesn't taste as good as it looks. Had a strange lingering flavor that brought back memories of eating snow. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Can to glass. Pours a slightly hazy golden orange color with a light tan head. Aroma is citrusy, floral, galaxy hops. Flavor is a bit sharp, tangy, tropical citrus. Astringent finish, but still drinkable. Decent pale ale.

A delicious and well balanced Pale Ale. Can serving. Bright, punchy hops meet a slightly caramel and sweet back end. This is a truly well rounded beer and stays nicely within a sessionable range at 5.2%. Very drinkable.
