4.8 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
The aroma was subtle, somewhat like a faint mix of grainy and citrus smells. The first pint I straight from the can in the dark and did not see the beer. I was highly amused and intrigued when pouring a pint earlier today, assuming the color would be orange or amber or carmel, but it aactually poured very hazy and tan yellow. The head was thick pure white and the carbonation was less than I had expected. Expected citrusy hop flavor is piney and lightly tangerine like, but there is also a good balance with a nice light malt flavor. This is an interesting brew for Tallgrass, considering they already make such two other well hopped delicious beers, but this one is my new favorite.

Sweet looking can and uses the hop rocket for brewing. This is by far one of my favorite beers for pale ales.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
A solid pale ale in one of the coolest cans you’ll ever see. Tallgrass isn’t a brewery that skimps on hops, and this isn’t an exception. The Galaxy hops create a tropical, citric quality that shows up in the aroma and taste. It’s also a hazy, heady brew. In all, very nice. A stellar beer from Tallgrass.

Citrusy and mild hop aroma. Quite smooth and a top notch pale ale. The galaxy hops come through perfectly without overpowering this ale. One of my favorite go-to pales, and the artwork on the cans is pretty cool as well.

Really a great beer. Good hops on the nose, pineapple, tropical fruits, super clean. Very session able, clean, refreshing without being light or dull on the flavor. Light bitterness and dry aftertaste that makes you ready for more.

4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Wow, I like it! This was a sample provided to Bodega. Poured with a nice, foamy, thick, off white head and plenty of lace. Color is slightly hazy, golden amber and has some bubble trails. Aroma is hop, malt, slight citrus and resin. Flavor is like nose, with some carbonic tang to round things out and is very well balance. Body is very good, chewy, satisfying. Good drinking brew.
