COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Just like those classic video games we all grew up with, 8-Bit Pale Ale is spectacularly simple at first glance yet remarkably fun and complex when you get into it. Our Hop Rocket infuses the character of Australian grown Galaxy Hops into an American Pale Ale, giving a unique tropical, almost melon aroma in a classic American style.

Solid Pale Ale here. Copper pour with thick off-white head. Subdued hoppy aroma, a bit of tropical fruit/peppery bitterness. Flavor is similar, but a little more tinny than I was hoping. Nice brew.

Strong nose of bitter grains and a hint of lemon zest.tons of lofty white head. Lots of hops, not too heavy. Very pleasant.

Can at Map Room, Chicago. Golden, small white head. Malty, floral hops, a bit earthy. Hints of honey. Well-balanced.

Tallboy can as part of an 8-pack from Gomer’s in KCMO. Pours out a clear light golden color. Thin white head. Somewhat funky-earthy aromas. Flavor is nicer though. Spicy and bitter with layers of floral citrus. Very long bitter finish. This could be easily classified as an IPA though.

Poured from a 16 OZ can into a pint glass. The appearance is a murky golden color with a small white head. The aroma is citrus on the tart side. The taste is citrus, malt, hops and some floral notes. A good beer.

Like the can. I'm drinking local. Decent pale. Fairly piney heavy and boozy, but had decent honey sweetness to balance. Not bad.

Pint can, thanks Russ! Grassy malt aroma with faint notes of tropical fruit and melon hops. Pours pale golden colored with one finger of white head with good retention and very little lacing. Starts with grassy and straw malt flavors. Finishes a bit dry with tropical fruit and melon notes with a slight hop bitterness. Not bad, but not the best apa.

16 oz single can from the Craft Beer Cellar - Fort Collins. Clear golden appearance with a small, fluffy, off-white head and light lacing. Aroma of resinous hops, toasted grain and light grapefruit. Similar flavor, adding hints of fruit, pine and herbs. Medium body with mild bitterness and a light dry, lasting finish.

Pale clear bright copper like a fresh penny, under a rocky white head. The nose is pretty earthy and grassy with a little biscuity undertone. Pale flavor full of biscuity and pale malts, balanced by some earthy bitter grassy hops. The can says Galaxy hops, but it tastes more...German? English? Not very unique. However, quite clean and quaffable and slightly caramalty at the end. Not world changing by any means but it’s just kinda there. A god old fashioned craft American Pale Ale.

Can from Whole Foods in Little Rock, Arkansas. Pale yellow body, mild haze, small white collar that leaves a sheet of lacing on the glass. Light bodied, medium bitterness, citrus and pine, Breast malts. Decent.
