We love this beer here at the brewery, and think you will have one of those ďIíve never-tasted-a-beer-like-thatĒ kind of moments when you try it!

What we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. If you have not been a stout drinker in the past, give this beer a try. It might just change your mind about how dark beers should taste. It tastes so rich, but is surprisingly easy to drink!

Can shared thanks to Dmac. Pours out brown, to dark brown with a small fading tan head. Aroma is of chocolate, roast, coffee, tobacco. Taste is chocolate, some light roasty notes, coffee with a little bit of sweetness creeping in there on the back end, and maybe a touch of bitterness. Solid stout.

Pours opaque with a bit of translucency on edges. Thin, quickly fading head. and minimal lacing. Nose is sweet roasted malt and light roast coffee, same on taste. A bit watery. Fine, with good balance, sessionable stout. But not at $11/4 pack, soooo not worth it, shoulda got the 10Fidy.

Very dark, almost completely black and opaque. Good head that dissipated and left a thin film on top. Lacing that creeps back down the glass. Smells of slightly sweet bitter roasted malts with a touch of coffee. Tastes much like the smell, but with some dark chocolate character that adds nicely to the dark roasted malts, coffee, minimal hops. Itís sweet, although not especially so for the style. This adds a nice dimension as itís a bit different than what I expected. Itís a very flavorful beer. Feels quite thick and full bodied going in, but slightly watery when you swallow. Slightly slick on the tongue, with a very pleasant lingering sweet aftertaste. Very nice and highly drinkable. The moderate ABV makes it easy to drink while the delicious but not overpowering flavor makes me want to have this one again. Value: 6.85 for four 16 oz cans. A good deal.

On tap at Whiteman AFB. I guess itís pretty hard to collect a lot of sweat from buffalo - I mean, the ideaís just crazy. I bet thereís a buffalo mafia that maintains a buffalo sweat shop just so they can meet supply and demand. Iíll tell you something else, if I were a buffalo, Iíd charge double for this stuff and buy a really nice car.

tap at Old Chicago Manhattan, KS-pours almost black kind of thin looking with a rocky tan head. nose of roast lite char, and dark chocolate with lite chalky milk notes. flavors follow suit with the sweet milk and dark chocolate flavors. body is a bit lite however, this is a very session-able stout. short roasty and chocolate finish not bad but not great.

Location: 16 oz can at Flying Saucer, 1/31/12

Aroma: The nose is fairly sweet with notes of chocolate, vanilla, roasted malts, and coffee
Appearance: The pour is a creamy dark brown color with a thick light brown head atop it
Flavor: The taste is fairly sweet and malty, chocolate and sweetened coffee, minimal bitterness
Palate: The body is medium, it has a smooth and creamy mouthfeel, with a rather soft carbonation
Overall Impression: I thought this was a pretty decent stout. It is a rather sweet version, but it works pretty well, and drinks nicely. Iíd have this one again.

Pint can, just came in to my local liqour store. Pours dark as a stout should with ruby hues on the edges. Light tan cream colored head with loose bubbles and a little lacing. Aromas of chocolate and coffee as you pour. Taste leaves a little to be desired. Watery of sorts with a sweet front that follows throughout, the backend brings a mild spiciness from hops and the heavy roasted malt chocolate flavors. Very thin mouthfeel overall. Not a bad beer, just not consistant with what I want from my stouts.
