3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured from a can. Nice head that leaves a little brown lace as it dissipates. Smells of roasted malt. Creamy taste, smooth without aftertaste. It is sweet, and I could probably drink a whole pack of these without feeling full.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Purchased at Breeze Thru Liquors in Milwaukee, WI; enjoyed on a hot summer night on a lake before fireworks in St. Germain, WI. Appearance a very dark chocolate brown with a creamy off white head. Aroma of oats and light lactose, also a bit of nuts, doesnít smell overtly sweet, but smells nice. Taste is nice and chocolatey, not too milky, definitely oatey, pretty good oatmeal stout.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
UPDATED: DEC 19, 2014 16 oz can. Pour a black color with tan head. Roasty, chocolate milk aromas. Sweet, malty, and slightly roasty flavor. Body is a touch thin for a stout and a little sweet. Very drinkable stout, I could know back a six-pack of these in a night. This is one of my go-to beers for a good session stout.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Can. Light chocolate in the nose with some lactose notes. Dark translucent brown with a thin tan coating on top. Initial flavors are bit harsh, but things mellow out in mid and final. Light body. Pleasant enough, but not really very interesting.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Can. A dark brown beer, clear looking and topped by a small, beige head. Roasted nose with a little choclate and coffee. A bit one dimensional, but nice anyway. That goes for the flavor too, a bit one tracked, but pleasant. Roasted malts, some nuts and a coffee touch. Full-bodied, smooth and semi-dry. Lasting roasted finish. Itís not often Iím this pleased with a beer this one dimensional. 120623
