To me, Buffalo Sweat doesnít sound like a very flattering name for a beer. It doesnít exactly sound irresistible. Donít judge a can by its unusual title. This brew is silky smooth and has a generous tan head. The taste is almost unreal: chocolatey, creamy, and rich with some touches of coffee. I would and will have this stout again.

Aroma is dark malts and hints of cocoa. Pours dark black with a nice tan head. The taste is nice and sweet with hints of cocoa, an earthy taste from the oats, and moderate carbonation. A nice stout for the price.

Can pour. Black with light beige head. Aroma is chocolate. Taste is chocolate with a pleasant sweetness, and a bitterness that matches the 20 IBUs. Mouthfeel is right down the middle, thin for a stout and not as creamy as I had hoped. Excellent carbonation. Refreshing taste. The low ABV makes it an excellent choice for a sessionable stout.

Poured from the can into a goblet. Minimal head but a nice ring around the edge and decent lacing. Smell is faint, could be a lot stronger. Taste is good, decent body but not as thick as others. Pretty smooth finish. Overall a tasty beer, and at only 5% ABV it is a nice change of pace from the heavy imperial stouts Iíve been having lately.

Pour from a tallboy can thanks to Bob in KS. Dark brown, looks pretty thin. Burnt chocolate nose. Nice taste, sweet, chocolate, roasted malt. The oatmeal makes for a nice mouthfeel on what is a very sessionable stout.

Excellent dark, chocolatey taste and pretty creamy mouthfeel. Could stand to be a bit heavier in body and with less bitterness, but a good cream stout nonetheless! Good sweet flavor.

16 oz can complements of soonerchamps. Inky black pour with thin khaki head. Sweet nose of creamy lactose sugar, butterscotch and vanilla. Lighter on the mouthfeel that I would have expected, but really tasty. Sweet flavor upfront, a bit weak in the middle, with a nice dark chocolate & vanilla finish. Totally drinkable!

16oz can. It pours dark with a chocolate milk colored head that dissipates fairly quickly. Velvety mouth feel and a mellow finish. A great beer for the chilly weather.

From can. Dark brown, almost black. Thin, tan head. Boozy nose withvsome toasted malt. Typical stout, though the cream negates a lot of the smokiness on the back end. Not bad.
