We love this beer here at the brewery, and think you will have one of those ďIíve never-tasted-a-beer-like-thatĒ kind of moments when you try it!

What we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. If you have not been a stout drinker in the past, give this beer a try. It might just change your mind about how dark beers should taste. It tastes so rich, but is surprisingly easy to drink!

I believe this is another tick of a box fulla ticks sent by the incomparable Jzzbassman. Dark brown with orange tints. Light tan head that poof, is gone to thick lace. Nose is malty, brown sugar and dark fruit sweet. Caramel and coffee. Alcohol hints. Taste is big candy sweet and milky back. Really nice. High sugar in the mouth. Lots of roastiness, but sweet prevails. Nice sweet stout.

Tap. Poured a dark black color with a smaller tam head. Aroma was creamy, roasted malts and coffee. Flavor was sweeter with roasted malts, coffee, chocolate, and burnt notes comoing through. A good beer. Decent beer.

This is one big flop in my book. Iíve enjoyed most of the Tallgrass beers, but this is pretty undrinkable. Just very hard to put down. Some roasty malts typical of the style, but harsh otherwise. Some rotten egg and cheap artificial flavor that I canít put my hands on. Tried it as a vanilla ice cream float which made it slightly more drinkable, but still not good. Glad I only purchased 2 of these as it was in a sampler pack. Unfortunately the cans were 16 ounces though.

Almost poured brown. had some light brown head. Nose is toasty roasty and bready with some chocolates and a touch of earthy hops. Flavor is toasty malts, light smokey malts, chocolates, breads, and medium toffee flavors. Medium body. really full of flavor.

(can) Pours a dark brownish black with a very scant tan head. Aroma has coconut, roasted malt, chocolate, and cookie dough. Basically smells like a macaroon. Flavor has plenty of dark chocolate, roasted malt, and toasted nuts and coconut. Long and lingering sweet lightly roasted finish. Mouthfeel is regrettably thin and the carbonation is somewhat high which detracts a bit from the experience. Overall a simple, yet well executed beer that would serve as a great session beer.

16oz tall boy can, thanks Tim! Love the name and label on this. Quite a bit of coffee on the nose, roasty nuts, hints of ash, light creamy sweet milk. Really light easy drinking body. All the flavors of the nose but really light, balanced and easy to drink...lightly sweet and creamy through the finish.

Can poured a clear dark brown w/ enormous fizzy fully diminishing tan head. Mild roast aroma. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ a faint bitter finish of short duration. Tastes are roasted malt, and light breakfast coffee. Medium bodied, lively carbonation, and watery mouthfeel.

Poured ultra dark brown with a short tan, to light brown head. The aroma was mild coffee and plenty of sugar and chocolate. The flavor is sweet, dominated by sugar with some chocolate and a bit of roasted malt and coffee. Almost medium in body. Sweet without being cloying. A pretty good effort.
