COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BUFFALO SWEAT
(ABV 5.0%, 20 IBU)

We love this beer here at the brewery, and think you will have one of those ďIíve never-tasted-a-beer-like-thatĒ kind of moments when you try it!

What we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. If you have not been a stout drinker in the past, give this beer a try. It might just change your mind about how dark beers should taste. It tastes so rich, but is surprisingly easy to drink!

Canít find the sweat? Donít sweat it. Just ask for Buffalo Sweat at your local liquor store or your favorite tavern.

Pours opaque black with a small tan head that dissipates into a ring that leaves no lacing. Aroma is kind of weak but consists of coffee and chocolate. Flavors of chocolate, coffee and caramel. Mouthfeel is a bit thin but finishes on a sweet milky note. Overall a pretty average sweet stout.

Can poured a clear dark brown w/ enormous fizzy fully diminishing tan head. Mild roast aroma. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ a faint bitter finish of short duration. Tastes are roasted malt, and light breakfast coffee. Medium bodied, lively carbonation, and watery mouthfeel.

On tap at Whiteman AFB. I guess itís pretty hard to collect a lot of sweat from buffalo - I mean, the ideaís just crazy. I bet thereís a buffalo mafia that maintains a buffalo sweat shop just so they can meet supply and demand. Iíll tell you something else, if I were a buffalo, Iíd charge double for this stuff and buy a really nice car.

Pours a pitch black color with a light brown foamy head. Sweet malty aroma with a hint of vanilla. A smooth easy drinking stout that is perfect in texture. A must try, very delcious.

16 oz can. Pours an deep, brown-black with a rootbeer-like head, decent retention. Nose is cocoa, some vanilla and butterscotch, roasted barley. Mouth is thin -- almost watery -- certainly not creamy as in the description, and wayyyyy too light on the palate. Iím not saying a stout needs to be 10W40 by definition, but Iíll honestly say Dr.Pepper has more body. Super-light sweetness (although not a natural sweetness... but Iíll get to that), some cocoa, barley, wheat puffs, chocolate and some butterscotch. Speaking of soft drinks, this has an odd, almost diet soda aftertaste that doesnít leave any of the desirable traits on the palate that Iíd look for in a stout, but definitely plenty of the aforementioned aftertaste. Disappointed would be an understatement. Iíd rather have had spent the money on a stout as ubiquitous as Guinness (and wouldíve had money left for a bag of chips).

Pours a deep dark brown/black with no head at all. Aroma is of a very strong coffee. Taste has a slight bitterness with a sweet finish. Flavors of coffee, roasted malt, brown sugar. Not bad at all. I am becoming more impressed with this young brewery.

Purchased from City Cellars in Cincinnati, Ohio - Well, this one is basically bison chocolate and malty madness... itís a goode beer, a fine sweet stout, but not worth the price I paid (8.99) I paid for the four can pack.

Draft. Pours black with medium tan head. Aroma of toasted malts and coffee. Light/medium body with slight sweetness and a light coffee finish.
