COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BUFFALO SWEAT
(ABV 5.0%, 20 IBU)

We love this beer here at the brewery, and think you will have one of those ďIíve never-tasted-a-beer-like-thatĒ kind of moments when you try it!

What we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. If you have not been a stout drinker in the past, give this beer a try. It might just change your mind about how dark beers should taste. It tastes so rich, but is surprisingly easy to drink!

Canít find the sweat? Donít sweat it. Just ask for Buffalo Sweat at your local liquor store or your favorite tavern.

16 oz can. Thanks b. Pours a medium brownish black. Loose tan head. Big coffeeish nose. Kind of a sweetish ground coffee note. Chocolate there as well. Creamy medium body with lively carb. Chocolate, coffee, and brown bread notes on the midpalate. Longish coffee finish.

Dark in the glass with a nice beige head. The beer starts smooth, roasted. The mainpart is slightly malty sweet, roasted, but a bit undeep - I miss the bitterness that would have really nice fitted to this brew. So with only 20 IBU it has nearly no aftertaste. Very sad. --> Nice beginning, fast ending. --> 10/12/4/10

Sampled at GABF 2014 with Andrew. Pours a deep blackish brown body with thin tan lacing. Aroma is soft and sweet chocolate and light wet dog. Mouthfeel is soft to medium with notes of cocoa, dark malt, chocolate and that wet dog.

16oz can: pours a mostly opaque black with a spotty-lacing off-white head. Has a lightly sweet toasted malty nose with some milk chocolate character. Body starts with effervescent carbonation and light caramel malty sweetness with plenty of chocolate and light roast before a slightly drier nutty finish. Pretty true to style and enjoyable.

16oz can. Packaging is nice, really started wondering how the contents would be. Poured a dark brown color with a medium sized tan head. Aroma is sweet mocha. Flavor is malts and sweet cocoa. A good sweet stout.

Dark dark brown with ruby highlights. Bubbly light brown head, giving out a stingy malty aroma of cocoa, dark toast, cereal grain, and general roastiness. Medium body and taste leads me to believe this is more porter than stout. But itís not a terrible detractor, as this is one heckuva porter. Big taste of brown malt, light chocolate, and tasty toasted malts. Itís got that milky sweetness from the sugar used, and itís nice and creamy and chocolatey and tasty.

Dark brown color/ fleeting head. Nice dark roasted malt, coffee, mocha aromas. Light to medium body. Lightly sweet chocolate mocha flavors with mild roasty malts, a bit thin.

Can:   Deep dark brown, thin light beige head, sparce lacing.   Sweet lactose and soft roasted malts.   Faint bakers chocolate too.   Not as flavorful on the tongue.   Soft roasted malts, softer lactose like sweetness.   On the lighter side, could use a little bit more to make it a bit silkier.   Soft sweet roasted malts linger.   Simple, decent, clean, but wished it were a bit chewier.
