COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BUFFALO SWEAT
(ABV 5.0%, 20 IBU)

We love this beer here at the brewery, and think you will have one of those “I’ve never-tasted-a-beer-like-that” kind of moments when you try it!

What we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. If you have not been a stout drinker in the past, give this beer a try. It might just change your mind about how dark beers should taste. It tastes so rich, but is surprisingly easy to drink!

Can’t find the sweat? Don’t sweat it. Just ask for Buffalo Sweat at your local liquor store or your favorite tavern.

One of my favorite beers. It is only available in a can in my area. I was pleasantly surprised to experience this on draft in Great Bend, KS. Sip this beer and mix it side to side in your mouth to truly experience the flavors in this frothy concoction.

Dark in the glass with a nice beige head. The beer starts smooth, roasted. The mainpart is slightly malty sweet, roasted, but a bit undeep - I miss the bitterness that would have really nice fitted to this brew. So with only 20 IBU it has nearly no aftertaste. Very sad. --> Nice beginning, fast ending. --> 10/12/4/10

Can poured a clear dark brown w/ enormous fizzy fully diminishing tan head. Mild roast aroma. Initial flavor is moderate sweet w/ a faint bitter finish of short duration. Tastes are roasted malt, and light breakfast coffee. Medium bodied, lively carbonation, and watery mouthfeel.

A vanilla chocolate coffee aroma and flavor. Went down easy with a light palate and dark brown color. Enjoyed it.

Can. Pours deep dark brown/black with a nice tan head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate and roast. Flavor follows suit. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel leads to a robust but soft finish. Really good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Mahogony trimmed black body beneath a fading 1.5" light khaki head leaving flat dense shallow lace all around

Aroma of creamy lactic blending caramel notes and pleasant chocolate cake with a controlled dark chocolate-coffee influence introducing subtle bitter nuance on a light-medium, mildly carbonated body finishing with hints of dark fruit, and a touch of vanilla, smooth chocolate on the dark side of sweet rounding out, solid session

Deep dark brown pour with plenty of light toffee colored head. Aroma of vanilla, heavy cream, soft chocolate. Flavor is like a super creamy chocolate mocha, hints of cinnamon and nutmeg, whipped cream.

Can. From CLevar I think. poured into a snifter. milk chocolate aroma with just a faint touch of roast or dark chocolate. no hops. Initial taste sends my tastebuds spinning with the creamy sweetness and well balanced medium to dark chocolate flavors. This could possibly be one of the best sweet stouts I have ever had. easy to drink and well balanced toward sweetness. very good.

(can - 16 oz) Dark brown pour with a puffy brown head. Nice aroma of roasted malts and some chocolate with a light touch of cream. Flavor is sweet and chocolaty with some roasted malts and a light coffee at the end. Finish is a bit watery for the initial flavor, but still pretty good.
