COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
BUFFALO SWEAT
(ABV 5.0%, 20 IBU)

We love this beer here at the brewery, and think you will have one of those ďIíve never-tasted-a-beer-like-thatĒ kind of moments when you try it!

What we really like about this beer is the smoothness that brewing with cream sugar brings to the palate. This smoothness balances out the copious quantities of roasted barley used in the brewing process to create a rich, complex, and delicious beer. If you have not been a stout drinker in the past, give this beer a try. It might just change your mind about how dark beers should taste. It tastes so rich, but is surprisingly easy to drink!

Canít find the sweat? Donít sweat it. Just ask for Buffalo Sweat at your local liquor store or your favorite tavern.

This beer is black with a tan head that dissipates quickly. The aroma isnít too strong or too muted, but the actual scent is a complex combination of caramel, vanilla, and toasty scents. When the beer hits your tongue, it is of a medium body with a very soft carbonation, yet it is slick and slightly sweet. The finish of this beer is hearty and more roasty than the initial taste would make you think. Surprisingly, it is quite easy to drink for a dark beer because of how thin yet hearty it is.

One of my favorite beers. It is only available in a can in my area. I was pleasantly surprised to experience this on draft in Great Bend, KS. Sip this beer and mix it side to side in your mouth to truly experience the flavors in this frothy concoction.

Pours a nice dark brown with a brown head. Very rich aroma, leans towards molasses, chocolate, prunes and lactose. Flavor is so smooth, sweet with lactose, milk chocolate, light raisiny notes. Such an easy drinking beer but bold at the same time.

Wow what an aroma. Thinner for a stout but a stout non the less. Great beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Strikes me as a milk stout. Sweet stout flavor, with a modicum of roasty bitterness. Surprisingly rich mouthfeel for such a low ABV of 5%. I'm not sure if Tallgrass can do any wrong -- I have yet to have an average beer from them. This one is tasty, and a quite nice session stout. Very smooth; very drinkable! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours very dark brown, no light coming through it, 2 finger khaki head. I love the aroma on this beer, lots of roasted goodness here, some sweetness as well. Taste is chocolate, little bit of coffee, pretty sweet. Good body, love this beer!

Can. Pours deep dark brown/black with a nice tan head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate and roast. Flavor follows suit. Smooth and creamy mouthfeel leads to a robust but soft finish. Really good. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured from a 16oz can into a pint glass. Pours an inky black, with a small tan head which quickly fades, leaving minimal lacing. Nose is dark malt. Taste is dark malt and a slight hint of caramel and chocolate. Smooth mouth fell, with a long lasting finish. Very good.

pours dark brown with a small tan head. This beer is creamy and nutty, very sweet and chocolatety, with a nice roasted and coffee tastes. The only thing lacking is there is not enough carbonation in this beer.
