Poured from a 16 ounce can. The aroma is caramel, bready maltiness, slightly grassy and herbal. Hops not really bright in the aroma. The flavor is caramel malt forward, bready, soft toasted malt note. The hops are sticky, resinous, pine, very bitter citrus pith note.

Can. Pours reddish amber, small whitish head. Aroma is pine, grapefruit, mango, stone fruit, malt. Very nice. Taste is grapefruit and pine with some sweet malts, slight booziness, and lingering but not overpowering pine bitterness. Good.

Can. The pour is a golden orange. The aroma is nice citrus hops. The taste is smooth, very drinkable ipa. The hops are very present and mellow, not overly bitter. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Slight hazy golden pour with a white head. Aroma of citrus hops. Flavor is citrus peel and hop resin with some nice malt sweetness. Very nice hop presence but well balanced with the malt. Solid offering.

Can. Pours a piss yellow with a nice white head. Aroma of peach and grapefruit. Taste is not as bitter as I thought it would be. Very hoppy on the backend.

Can. Pours a light amber with a floral hop aroma. Very smooth easy drinking IPA with some delicious hop variety. Citrus flavors all around with an easy floral hops finish. Grapefruit and peach. Juicy for sure. Solid IPA to say the least. Loved it.

Pours a slightly dark, slightly hazy amber with a frothy white head. Pine, mandarin and grassy nose. Taste begins a bit on the sweet side, giving way to a plethora of hop flavors (lime, citrus rind, grapefruit) and finishing slightly earthy and bitter. Almost too much happening in the taste.

Pours as a pretty enough pint, golden colored but bordering on an orange, itís got a big fluffy white head and has nice lacing on the glass.

The aroma is fruity & juicy with some nice fresh hoppiness, it also smells a touch on the sweet side with a little bit of rust. I swear this is what it always smells like to me, Iíve had it a bunch of times.

The flavor is fruity and pretty bitter. Itís defiantly got a big flavor but the always comes across as a touch too sweet and a little bit astringent. Itís not to say that there isnít nice hop flavor, itís citrusy, grape-fruity, melony... but itís just that all these pleasantries are competing with things that I donít like, particularly when they butt up against neate hop flavor.

Gotta kinda be in the right mood to get into this one, which I have been... but maybe not usually.

An amazing beer to be enjoyed by any IPA enthusiast. While it pours a lighter amber color like most West Coast IPAs, Ethos is very flavorful. A bitter hop aroma with a sweet finish. Among the best IPAs available today. Strongly recommended.

Can. This is a good IPA thatís easily available (at least in Iowa). Pours a hazy amber color. Nice head that sticks. Nose is grapefruit with a little pineapple. Taste is bitter and sweet. Grapefruit and mango.
