COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
KÖLD
(ABV 5.0%, 16 IBU)

The fourth beer to add to our flavorful collection of brews, Köld is a crisp, easy-drinking lager with a traditional Pilsner malt aroma and subtle notes of honey and citrus. Köld is brewed using the finest German malts and hops, making it reminiscent of German-style lagers.

Köld originated as one of Jeff’s earlier brews where he and his buddies spent a few nights racing to the bottom of the keg. It has since been crafted into a brew that we are very proud to bring into our diverse, yet tasty family of beers. This is a beer that everyone can enjoy, and in copious quantities we might add (always responsibly of course)!

You can find Köld in bottles and on taps in more and more places! Ask for Köld at your favorite bar or retail outlet!

Clear golden color/ fleeting white head. Mild honey biscuit, sourdough bready aromas. Light bodied. Nice lightly sweet honey biscuit flavors with fresh cereal grains, no off flavors, clean finish.

Cloudly, pale golden and unfiltered, with a cloudy head. Nice grassy wheat aroma. Light, crisp, etc, actually tastes like what all those macros claim to be in the commercials. Nice beer, i’d happily drink a few.

Definitely pick up a good bit of honey in the nose, along with some fresh herbs and lightly floral. The beer is very dry, extremely quenching, just a tiny taste of honey, light doughy malts, touch of lemon on the finish. The body is a bit thin, but other than that, this is some really nice stuff. If it was available to me, I’d by this shit out of this stuff all summer long.

Pours a light straw color. Aroma of yeast, grain and citrus. Taste is bitter and sour. Flavor of yeast, wheat with a hint of citrus. Not my favorite style of beer.

Not a bad beer. Not much character either. But nothing particularly objectionable.

Tall 12oz bottle, blue label. Clear bright yellow, white head. Aroma of lemon zest, citrus hops. Lots of hops. Overly carbonated. No flavor just fizz. Some bread characteristic is just too far away. Eaten up by a stranger. Too bad all that’s left after that infection is the scent.
