On tap at HOTD. Pours a clear yellow color with a large white head. A big citrus nose, toast, fresh oranges. The flavor is more of the same, lead by sweet citrus, biscuit dry malt, light sweetness. Very fresh and flavorful. Awesome.

0.33 l bottle from foodstore in Tokyo. Pale, cloudy, with OK head. Aroma is spices. Taste has also spices and afterwards hops. Quite dry, but not in a hoppy way. ABV is also hided very well.

Bottle. Gold with a white head that fades. Aroma of mandarins, dough, lemon, grass, hay. Mainly citrus and dough though. Medium bodied.Fruity with apricots ans well as citrus and dough. Stronger bitterness than required for saison-like balance is also faintly metallic. Not bad, but there’s a better slightly weaker and less bitter beer in here somewhere.

Pour is gold straw with thin white head. Aroma is quite estery with some apple notes. Flavour is quite sweet with honey, pear and cinnamon hints. Longer finish than a typical saison.

33 cl bottle @ Timo A.
Pours hazy pale golden color with a small head. Floral and herbal aroma, some lemon notes, stuffy with yeast and some mild spices too. Flavor is lemony fruity, pleasantly so, spicy and yeasty, earthy and a bit stuffy. Decent.

330 ml bottle. ありがとう Timo A! Cloudy golden color with a small off-white head. Apple, fruits, canned fruits, sweetness, mild yeast and some malt in the aroma. The flavor is pear, apple, canned peaches, sweetness, sugar and some yeast. Very fruity. Maybe not exactly a Saison. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Poured into a taster showing cloudy neon yellow with no head. The nose shows notes of clean sharp citric lemon with a slight grassiness on the edges. The palate is highly carbonated and light bodied. Clean flavors of saison yeast but a strong bitterness throughout.

Pours a cloudy orange-tinged gold, with a thick creamy finger of head. A great aroma of spice and some funky yeast, lemony, grassy, fruity. This brewery excels at enticing aromas. A good balance of saison and IPA, spicy and tangy, yet hop bitterness works with it. Estery, fruity, lemon, a little banana. It’s spritzy and zesty, medium bitterness, with a lingering crispy spice.
