Bottle. Flowery and barnyard aroma, signature saisony. Light lime. Clear golden colour. Taste showcasing the spicy barn yeast character. Also moderate bitterness and light resiny, citrusy flavour. Very good saison.

Bottle from Yamaoka. Dark straw colour, almost translucent. Fresh fruit aroma with nice yeast as well. Very fresh flavour, great hop bitterness to balance the overall taste. Great summer beer.

This beer was easier to drink than I was expected. This has rich smell of esters from Saison Yeast. I felt bitter taste from hops was less than usual IPA, and this has very refreshing flavor. This is a good beer particularly for summer.

On tap at Tadg's last day open! A cloudy light straw gold pour. Big spicy funky mild barnyard aroma. Medium bodied, zesty carbonation sharp finish. Now this has TONS of saison notes, spicy estery qualities, lots of spritzy mouthfeel. Tasty with lots of palate cleansing qualities. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Draft - Lemon, grass, coriander and yeast. Clear cold with a rich white head. Tonys of lemon grass from what I assume is nelsen sauvign hops. On the sweet side with no bitterness and none of the barnyard funk. Very light an refreshing, a great light mild saison. Not that true to style, but really good nonetheless.

Banana, orange nose. Sweet citrus, rich biscuit, nice crisp, bitter finish. Flavorful and pleasant summer ale.

Bottle, 06/30/2013. Golden pour, slight haze, spritzy white head fades within seconds to a flat surface. Aroma is biscuit malts, fruity notes, peach and banana prevalent, yeast with light spices. Taste has rich fruity citrus, banana, juicy, spicy yeast with floral notes, herbal bitterness well-integrated. Medium body. Aroma is a bit boring but shines with flavor. Pretty good.

My Bottom Line:
Well-developed cereals accompany citrus and white pepper into a potent finish where herbal bitterness is balanced out by tropical fruitiness.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A veil of foam laces atop the shiny yellow golden.
-The Saison yeast esters and lingering hoppiness are harmonious.
-Mouthfeel structure and flavor profile are both intelligently conceived.
-As good as this is, I think I still prefer their Saison One in its many incarnations.

Bottle.
