Had on tap at the brewery. Beautiful dark pour. Smelled like dark chocolate and coffee and flavor is the same.

Sep 4, 2008 Sampled at the Tampa Lowry Park Zoo WaZoo Festival in August 2008. An excellent malty and chocolatey porter. Dark and robust.

Jun 10, 2008 Tap at the brewery. Pours to a REALLY deep mahogany body with a creamy light beige head. The aroma is tootsie rolls and light grainy chocolate. The cara-pils and crystal are there to round it out. Some light smoky things going on too. The flavor is a nicely grainy chocolate and has a balanced hoppiness. Nice fitting texture.

May 18, 2008 On tap at the brewery. Dark thin body with dark roast flavor. Light bitterness on the finish. Well balanced and easy to drink a few with the low abv and thin body.

Apr 13, 2008 On tap at the brewery on 4/5/08. Pours a dark brown to black with a thin, creamy white-tan head. Aroma: strong grain and coffee scents with slight hint of chocolate. Tastes sweet with hint of amaretto with a slightly bitter finish.
