On draft at TBBC. Pours a hazy amber brown with an off-white head. Nose is caramel, toffee, sugar, floral hops, and some light pine. Flavor is lots of caramel, big sweetness, toffee, pine, and sweetness. Floral and sweet overall. Medium in body and nice.

A nice balance of his and bitterness from this. I get a bit of pine from this, but not an amount that is unenjoyable. It is nice juxtaposed against some of the citrus notes.

From an old tasting note: on tap at the brewpub. Clear orange pour. Bread and pine hop aroma. Little bit of spice in the bitter hop taste. Caramel malts. Slightly dry in the finish.

Tampa, Fl - on tap at the brewpub. Dark orange pour, sticky offwhite head, very nice lacing. Solid spruce-like aroma. Flavor has a more malty bent to it than most IPAs. Nice citrusy undertones, with some nice grapefruit bitter notes. Finish has a bit of nuttiness with just a hint of chocolate. Sticky, rich mouthfeel. Very decent.

On tap, at brewery. Clear copper body with a fizzy off-white head. Nice bright citrusy nose with minimal malt interference. Bright and hoppy flavor with minimal maltiness, this is all about hops. Light bodied with soft fizzy carbonation. Pretty decent.

Aroma is balanced with some caramel sweetness with a nice hop presence. Flavor is a bit thin, some citrus hops and pine with some caramel sweetness.

Tried on tap at the brewpub during RBWG 2010. Wonderful fresh hop aroma with some caramel malts in there. The flavor is malt, caramel, and hop bitterness, but not a lot of hop flavor, which is disappointed compared to the aroma.

Draft. Pours an amber body with a white head. Earthy, citrus, toned hop character. LIght honey esk, tones amongst herbal hop sweetness. Grassy floral tones, cascade with more honey in the finish. Nice.
