BeerVirgin72 (568), C-Bus, Ohio, USA Jun 15, 2008 Had on tap at the brewery. Nice golden orange pour. Citrus and hops flavor.
1FastSTi (2388), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA Jun 10, 2008 Tap at the brewery. Pours to a glowing orange amber body with a dense sheet lacing and a thin white head. The flavor is quite bitter with some grassyness and herbal hops. Some oranges and grass on the nose. Pale malts. The palate is quite bitter and unbalanced. It’s a drinkable beer, however. Leaves my mouth watering. markwise (257), Orlando, Florida, USA Jun 2, 2008 Had it on cask at TBBC. This IPA disappointed me a bit. It was a bit weak on hop flavor and it drags its nail down my throat on the finish. Bitter, but unbalanced. Hoppy aroma, but for an 80 IBU I want more. gonzo46and2 (108), Tampa, Florida, USA May 18, 2008 I expected more from this IPA. The selection of hops are of the less aromatic variety. Not much in the nose. Light citrus. Not floral or herbal hoppiness. The darker beers were much better. kiefdog (390), Tampa, Florida, USA Apr 13, 2008 On tap at brewery on 4/5/08. Pours a cloudy golden brown with a thin white, quickly dissipating head. Aroma: hints of citrus and caramel, hops. Taste: Slightly sweet and spicy, with hints of complex cheeses. Slightly bitter, hoppy finish.
