COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
An American amber ale crafted by using the finest American pale 2 row malt available, combined with Munich malt, Crystal malt and a small amount of roasted barley for its trademark redish hue. The ale is then seasoned with Columbus boiling hops, plus Cascade and Tettnang for flavor and aroma.

On draft at TBBC, poured a dark red amber color with a small off white head. Aroomas of caramel, malt, hops. Flavors follow the aroma profile but has a small nutty aftertaste on the palate.

A reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, ligth caramel malt, with nice British hops. In mouth, a nutty malt with nice hops, oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, nutty finale. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 8 2011.

Clear dark copper color, white head. Light malty and bitter taste, bitter finish. Medium light mouthfeel, medium high bitterness. Sweet and hoppy scent.

From an old tasting note - draft sampler at the brew pub. Grain, caramel and floral hop aroma. Taste is caramel malts and medicinal type fruitiness. Eh.

Draft @ Brewpub: Tawny color, light head and light lacing. Nose of malty syrup and caramel, subtle honey and nice hops. Balanced and full bodied amber. Decent.

On tap, at brewery. Reddish amber body with a minimal wispy off-white head. The nose is toasty and slightly sweet caramel malts with a very light touch of hops. The flavor is decently hoppy with some sweet toasted malt. Lightly bitter finish. Light to medium bodied with fine fizzy carbonation. Decent enough.

Tap: Poured coppery to light brown with a off white head. Aroma is light malt mix. Taste is very over the top malt with a light hops bite.
