Draft at the brewpup. Pours a brilliant red with a creamy, off white head. Aromas of malt, citrus and hops. Went into this one dreading it because of the Cascade hops, but I was surprised. Some part of the brew kept them hidden enough for me to enjoy. Wouldn’t drink a full glass of it, but not bad in the sampler tray.

Sep 12, 2008 Draft at the brewpub. Pours a nice reddish amber. Malty aroma with hints of earthy hops. Slightly sweet malt taste with touches of grassy hops. Decent Amber.

Jun 15, 2008 Had on tap at brewery. One of my top three favs from this pub. Nice amber pour with sweet malty flavors up front with just a hint of a hop finish. Nice.

Jun 10, 2008 Tap at the brewery. Pours to a deep red/amber body with a thin white head. The flavor is a decently malty beer with an interesting specialty grain. Subtle hop flavors let this beer be what it was set out to be. An American Red ale. The palate is malty and it works well.

Apr 13, 2008 On tap at the brewery on 4/5/08. Pours a dark amber color with a thin, quickly dissipating head. Smells of ripe fruit and malt. Tastes similarly with a chocolaty, slightly bitter finish.
