BeerVirgin72 (568), C-Bus, Ohio, USA Jun 15, 2008 Had on tap at the brewery. Nice crisp clean pour. Aromas of grass. Flavor is malts and grass and lemon. This was another fav of mine here. 1FastSTi (2388), Glendale, Wisconsin, USA Jun 10, 2008 Tap at the brewery. Light pale gold body with a nice white head and really nice lacing. The flavor is pale malts and a crisp saaz hop. Perhaps a little Tettenang too? The aroma is really light. Some noble hops. A nice blonde/pilsener, but didn’t remind me of a Kölsch. kiefdog (390), Tampa, Florida, USA Apr 13, 2008 On tap at the brewery on 4/5/08. Pours a clear bonde with thin white head. Aroma was faint but consisted of grass, hops, perhaps lemon. Tasted about the same with a little bread and fresh spice with a quick and watery finish. BBB63 (3767), La Porte, Indiana, USA Mar 24, 2008 Tap at brewery: Straw hued with a small head and spotty lace. The aroma has notes of grassy hope, lemon, floral esters and wet grain. The taste starts with twangy acidity over pale bready malt with some medicinal notes. Slightly bitter on the back end. The mouth feel is watery and thin, short finish. Okay for the style, for the masses. bb (2069), Martinez, California, USA Mar 12, 2008 Draft. Yellow-gold with a ncie white head. Light malt, slight spice aroma, Malt flavor with light breadiness and slight bitterness. Easy drinking, refreshing. Lingering malt, grain, some hops. Would score much better if scored to style. As is: not bad, but fairly basic - would be great on a hot summer day.
