Cask at Tap East, Stratford. Pours a hazy light amber with a dense white head. Aroma surprised me slightly, which was nice, a little coffee in there with toast and light caramel. Medium body, mild carbonation. A little toast, wet leaves, smoke, wood, light booze, light toffee, medium bitterness. Nice. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Kveldskos på brewpuben i Stratford 3 Nov 12. Gyldenbrun. Lavt luftig skum som fester seg litt til glasset. Svak maltaroma. Smaken er tung malt. Antydning til frukt. Syrlig avslutning.

Cask at Tap East, London. Pours clear gold with a light, white foam head. Oddly, the nose holds notes of cocoa. Medium sweet flavor with rich pale malts, cocoa, simple sugars. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Sweet, somewhat sugary finish with light, earthy bitterness, still more chocolate. Looks can be deceiving. Decent.

Tap East Brewpub. Light haze on this amber beer, little white head. A little fine carbonation in the palate. Smooth lactose creamy malt. Just a little citrus on the semi dry smooth finish. Like the smooth creaminess of this beer.

Cask handpull at Tap East. Amber colour lasting white head. Good thickish beer. Bit of spice good full malt. Pretty tasty beer like a spicy rye beer. Some sting hop on finish. Fine

Cask, half-pint at the brewpub in Stratford City. Clear amber coloured body. Low head blanketing the glassware. Blended aroma of resin and caramel malts. Resinous hops in flavour supported by mid-sweet malts beneath. Rounded, semi-dry end. Good (London, 03.11.2012).
