COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Here at Tap It Brewing we take a unique approach toward crafting an India Pale Ale and challenge the current status quo. The goal? To craft an India Pale Ale hoppy in flavor and aroma that goes down smooth. We utilize the avant-garde method of First Wort Hopping, the technique of adding hops to the kettle before boil. This creates a harmonious explosion of hop aroma and flavor noticeable throughout the tasting experience. Fragrances of tangerine and grapefruit entice the nose. A thick hazy rich head leads drinkers toward an experience rich in citrus and earthy flavors ending with a smooth, sticky finish. The complex floral and citrusy tones from Citra and Simcoe hops welcome you, while two more hop varietals mate smoothly with four malt varieties for an unmatched aroma. Altogether, a crisp pleasurable full bodied taste. A word of caution: Drinking Tap It IPA around friends may cause envy.

Pours a light amber with a big, frothy, white head. Nose is piney hops. Taste is nicely balanced; very sharp bitter notes, but sweetness comes through nicely. Medium body, lively carbonation. Good IPA, although I'm not a huge fan. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Actually a truly good IPA with bountiful hop and pine characters. The pour is a bright amber highlighted with orange and golden hues. The nose is fresh, frutiy and resinous with big pine and grapefruit zest aromas. Mild caramel and toasted bread malts up front, lingering citric bitterness yet a good balance on the finish overall.

Light amber coloured and clear. Has a white head, lasting. Aroma is a bit burnt, then hoppy. Sweet flavor, heavy bitter finish. Dry texture.

On tap at capitol beer fest. Aroma is perfect balance of citrus and dank. Flavor is nice sticky hop residue. Probably the best ipa I’ve had in a while. Nice head clear bright orange.

Bottle to glass. Pours a clear copperish amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is mostly fleshy fruit hops, peaches, apricot. The flavor brings out even more of the fruity sweetness with a mild bitter and some caramel malts. Light in body and very drinkable. Lingering fruity sweetness in the finish. Tasty ipa.

Golden color with a foamy off white head. Big grapefruit, and tropical fruit hop nose. Sweet beer with caramel, candied grapefruit rind, apricot, bitter orange, and sticky hop resin. NIce IPA and it goes well with the pizza.
