3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle to taster (thanks brew3crew). Looks solid; a transparent orange with off-white lacing. Smells and tastes of bitter hops with a nice, light West Coast mouthfeel. A good example of the style.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle; poured a dull, dark gold color with a frothy, off white head. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus, caramel, earth, and must. Flavor was pretty zesty, with a strong orange/citrus presence. Fairly hoppy, but not in an overpowering way. Solid backbone. Easy to drink. Alcohol managable. Solid, but did get tiresome near the end.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle. Clear amber with a big white head. Aroma of fresh hops, citrus, pine, floral with some light malt backbone. Flavor of bitter hops mostly with a light caramel malt sweetness, alcohol well hidden. Medium body with a long, bitter finish. This is a solid IPA, lots of hop bitterness and very drinkable.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
355ml brown bottle, from Craft Beer Advent Calendar. Golden colour, a little haze. Small white cap that leaves good lacing. Nose has orange and grapefuity hops and a whiff of malt. Taste has a nice malt base with a little sweetness coming through, strong hops - grapefruit, orange peel and a little pine. Big bitterness and long citrus/grapefruit aftertaste, just a hint of alcohol in there, but all in balance. Nice mouthfeel, just the right amount of carbonation. Solid IPA, bring this to Canada.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Pours clear orange amber with a decent white head. The aroma brings vague notes of citrusy malts. The flavor of malts is prevalent as described with pleasant citrusy orange notes, more bitter than sweet, from the hops. The backend brings the malts right back in to dominate the flavor on a clean body.
