COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Pi (š) “As Defined by Us”
A clean lager like Golden Ale that we ferment at a low temperature using Belgium yeast from Antwerp, this makes it a unique hybrid that possesses both flavor characteristics of lagers and ales. With light biscuity flavor and a muted malt aroma this Golden Ale has a slight sweetness in the middle that compliments the clean finish.

Sampled from bottle at Bevmo holiday beer fest in S.F. Nice easy drinking ale, Brewery rep said it was a golden ale, not sure why R.B has it listed as a belgium ale. This beer would be great on a warm day or as a all night drinker. Have had other brews from Tap it and I continue to be impressed.

On tap @ Smoqued BBQ. Clear golden pour with a tall white head. Big bready nose, wheat, and yeast. White grape, light grass, pear, and maybe apple. Taste has a surprising amount of substance. Wheat bread, yeast, and lots of fruity esters. Apple and pear, a touch of grape, and some grass. Just a hint of bitterness on the finish.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours pale gold with a white head. Aroma is rather wheat. Med minus minus body. Flavor is "wheat" with a little fruity ester. Not necessarily banana. Not bad. Could keep drinking it, if nothing more flavorful was available.Finishes dry, lightly bitter.

DocJitsu (1049) - Florida, USA - JUL 27, 2013
Pours a crystal clear, very pale yellow-golden color with a pure white head. Soft, sweet pilsnerish nose. Medium-bodied, slick, wet mouthfeel. Delicate flavors of green grape and mild bittering hops. Good balance and well-engineered. Very drinkable.
