COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Nate’s robust porter recipe incorporates British malts and hops creating a rich and dark flavorful porter with a hint of sweetness. The beer is so good he put his name on it!

Tap pint glass: Near opaque with a lasting frothy head and very good lace. Solid roast, cold pressed coffee, walnut, herbal EKG hops. Wonderful balance with just a hint of dark fruit has it warmed. Smooth with an ashy finish. Tasty

Draft. Poured dark brown color with an average frothy tan head that mostly lasted with good lacing. Moderate toasted malt and small hop aroma. Medium to abundant body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium to heavy toasted malt bittersweet flavor with a medium bittersweet finish of moderate to long duration. Solid complex brew.

Had a pint on tap at Mani. Tasty, though a bit on the bitter side. Good body, mild sweetness.

On tap at Tapistry Brewing. Very dark brown with a thin brown crown. Aroma is roasty with chocolate, grains, dark malts and a hint of smoke lurking in the background. Smooth bodied beer tastes of chocolate, roasted malt and a hint of peat.

Dark, thin appearance. Small tan head melted quickly. Very slight aroma of malts, oak, fruitiness and coffee. Slightly bitter with smooth sweet creamy aftertaste. Medium body in the mouth.
