Cask at The York Tap. Yep, itís a bitter. Your standard brown quaffing booze. Biscuit, fruit, slightly nutty. Not bad, not noticeable really. Didnít leave an impression.

Cask at the euston tap. Chestnut copper colour. Thin white head. Aroma is twigs and nutty. Thin metallic palate. Flavour is rusty penny, crisp. Nothing overly wrong with this, but a bit disappointing.

Euston Tap. Cask. Almost clear dark amber beer, little pale tan head. Palate is light and dry with very modest carbonation. Light malt, slightly nutty. Mild minerals. Not picking up much bitterness but then all the Tapped beers have been a little sweet (no bad thing). Dry finish.

Cask at the Euston Tap, 12/06/13. Clear golden with a thin off white head. Nose is malt forward, grass, light smoke, hint of caramel. Taste comprises malts, light hoppage, orange, biscuit, trace of grapefruit. Light to medium in body, moderate carbonation, subtle bitter tones in the finish. An OK bitter.

Cask @ The Sheffield Tap. The pourís deep amber with a creamy white head. The aromaís brown toast, a bit of nut bar, light caramel and toffee. Some red fruits, jam. Pretty straightforward on the nose. The taste is is soft caramel candy. Wertherís Original. A bit of shaggy tobacco leaf. Woody hop bitterness on the finish. Light body, fine carbonation. Overall, a solid no frills bitter. Decent.
