A: The pour is amber/dark copper in color with a white head which leaves some mild lacing on the glass.
S: The nose is about right on for a pale ale. The nose has a lot of citrus and resinous pine hops. The nose is very comparable to their IPA, actually.
T: While the nose gave off a very hop forward aroma, the flavor was a slight step back. The hops are still there, but the caramel and slightly toasty, biscuity malt really comes through as well.
M: The body is medium with the carbonation being a bit on the lower side.
D: Overall, this was like a pale ale should be: an easy drinking and refreshing beer. Not the best beer on the tap list, but a solid enough choice.

Cask at the brew pub. Hazy gold/straw color with a big creamy white head. Great hop aroma, lots of grapefruit, very pungent, but in a good way. Flavor was much the same, more grapefruit, very silky and smooth. Very well done.

Pours amber brown with thin white head. Aroma is mellow and nice balance of hops and malt. Flavor is similar: nice hops and aftertaste of subtle carmel malt. Nothing really amazing, but a good beer, none the less. A decent pale ale (i think Stone’s Pale Ale is better).

On tap poured a slightly hazy pale/red color with a small head. Nice hop aroma and a good balance of bitterness and carmel malt sweetness. Overall a good American Pale, but maybe a little more hops.
