COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
We used the classic Westmalle Trappist yeast in this dark Belgian-style ale. Deep amber in color, medium to full bodied, with a complex malt character (seven different malts plus candy sugar). Biscuit and slightly fruity, with a pleasantly dry and spicy finish.

Pours hazy deep red with tan head. Aromas of bready malts, toffee, caramel, and dark fruits. Flavor of dark fruits, dark bready malts, caramel, and a bit of toffee. Finishes sweet and malty. Nice Dubbel.

Tap at the Corona location. Dark amber/ copper pour with an off white head. Sweet spicy aroma. Same flavor as the aroma, which is a good thing, went down real eaay for 8%, good stuff.
