On tap. Pours with a clear golden hued body with a full and retentive white head. Good lace. Aromas are of tangerine, canned fruit cocktail, white wine, light funk, wood and vanillin. Flavors are medium tart, white wine, herbal, chamomile, medium acid, low floral, low tannin. Crisp. Medium carbonation, complex, playful and dry. Tasty!

Pale gold in color with a tall white head. Lactic tartness nearly jumps out of the glass. Heavy lemon on the aroma along with a bit of white grape. Nose is a bit of a mix between berliner weiss, cider, and sparkling white wine. Flavor has a nice touch of wood along with the pronounced and sharp lactic acidity. Lots of fruit notes, mostly white wine and green apple. Really interesting and enjoyable.

Pour from the Remy bottle release at Taps in Corona. Pours a hazy orange/dark yellow with slight off white head. Aroma is of lemon pledge, oats, hay and belgian funk. Taste is more tart lemon at the front, some slight acetic sour and then some well balanced wheat character as it finishes off. Mouth feel was a little light but overall a very nice beer with just the right amount of dryness. Overall, loved this one and would love to have it again.
