COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in the tradition of the original Czech-style lager. Golden in color, medium-bodied, with an amazing balance of malt and hops. The huge hop nose and slightly spicy finish are made possible by the generous use of Czech Saaz hops.

A: The pour is a clear golden straw color with a couple of fingers of white head. S: Not a terribly fragrant beer. Mild malt aroma with some hints of bread. Floral and citrus hops start to come through a little bit as I stick my nose almost in the beer. Perhaps some fruit esters? T: Not a terribly traditional flavor. Quite a hoppy beer for a Czech style pils, and some definite citrus notes in addition to the floral ones. Sweet pale malts and a hint of corn. Yeast is present and there is a mild bitterness on the back end. M: Light to medium in body with a moderate level of carbonation. O: A fairly good beer, but not exactly what I was expecting to get from this one.

Growler. Rating #5. Medium gold with a nice white head. Nice floral hop aroma, crisp malts. Medium bitterness with a nice malt backbone, hard to describe really, just a really outstanding brew. (1381)

Golden in color, regular lager as lagers go. Taps does a good job with every beer though. This is stronger than most lagers out there.

Pours a gold color with a medium head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is like a lager should be...sweetly pleasant and dry. The taste is perfectly balanced between the malt flavors and the interesting hop notes...I tasted some light citrus notes. The body is what you would expect from the style...a little thin bodied for me.

Yellow color with medium sized head. Flavors were mellow, sweet and malty. Although I usually don't care for pilseners, Victor seems to know his shit. Props.

The best of this trip to Taps. Straw colored brew with a creamy white head. Big floral hop nose which surprised me.First sip revealed a nicely balanced brew with some citrusy notes but a clean saaz hop finish. Very surprised by this one cause I usually dont like the style.
