Just a kind of fizzy yellow beer with minimal light malts. Slight sour pucker but mostly just a usuall yellow brew.

Pours a straw yellow color with a small fruit and malt flavor. Taste is smooth with a light creaminess that coats the tongue. A smooth, slight sweetness to this beer. Overall decent and easy drinking.

Pour on tap at the brewery, clear golden pour with white head, aroma brought notes of grain, bread, biscuit into a bit of slight grass, touch of corn, earthy notes with a hint of yeast. Taste was a mix of grass, earth, bread into some grain, slight corn into a bit of yeast, touch of dough, finishing dry, clean.

Pours clear pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, grass and herbal. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

On tap at the Brea location. A clear golden beer with a small white head leaving lacings. Pleasant aroma with some pale malts and a little fruity touch. Moderate bitterness, with hay, pale malts and a generic fruity touch. Medium body, a bit sweet on the palate. Short finish. A pleasant and very clean beer. 130812

Tap @Taps Corona. Sparkling clear yellow. Big lace. Fresh cidery apple nose moves to diaper, lemon, sugar. Taste is mealy apple, cider, lots of sugar. Macro feel with soap and sugar. Didn’t enjoy. Soapy apple taste. Mealy and macro. Pretty much sugar water.

On tap in brea; aroma was a bit funky, hint of sour fruit. Flavor was sweet and somewhat fruity. Flavor was fairly strong for the style.
