Feb 7, 2008 Pours an orange yellow with no head. Aroma is lots of banana and vanilla. Lots of fruity esters. Banana dominates but is accompanied by clove and vanilla. Moderate carbonation and a crisp finish with a lingering fruit. A really nice hefe.

opaque dark yellow, invisable white head that still manages to leave a bit of lace, sweet banana aroma and flavor, just a hint of clove adds some balance

Feb 8, 2007 Poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Clovey and yeasty aroma with spicey notes and some spearmint. Flavor of bananas and bubble gum.

Dec 18, 2006 On tap was a mildly cloudy gold, small white head. Aroma was of bubblegum, yeast and banana. Flavor of banana, wheat and yeast; only minimal spice flavor. Easy drinking, but lacked the extra something that I look for in the style. Still was very enjoyable, and above average for style.
