COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
A classic Bavarian wheat beer. Fifty-percent wheat malt adds a slight tanginess to the finish. The true Bavarian yeast strain provides a hint of clove and banana. Unfiltered to leave in the utmost flavor. Lemon garnish available upon request.

Growler filled. Huge aroma of banana. Easy to quaf and a very good version of this style Hefe.

Pours an orange yellow with no head. Aroma is lots of banana and vanilla. Lots of fruity esters. Banana dominates but is accompanied by clove and vanilla. Moderate carbonation and a crisp finish with a lingering fruit. A really nice hefe.

opaque dark yellow, invisable white head that still manages to leave a bit of lace, sweet banana aroma and flavor, just a hint of clove adds some balance

Poured a hazy yellow color with a white head. Clovey and yeasty aroma with spicey notes and some spearmint. Flavor of bananas and bubble gum.

On tap was a mildly cloudy gold, small white head. Aroma was of bubblegum, yeast and banana. Flavor of banana, wheat and yeast; only minimal spice flavor. Easy drinking, but lacked the extra something that I look for in the style. Still was very enjoyable, and above average for style.

On tap poured a cloudy golden color with a nice off white head. Aroma was of wheat and classic hefe yeast. Taste is yeasty with a classic banana and clove. Overall a nice example of the style.

Pours a hazy golden bronze with a puffy white and thinly-lacing head. Aroma is very authentic with lots of sweet banana and clove with a touch of lemony citrus. Body starts with nice wheaty, bready, and yeasty sweetness balanced with a touch of tartness and noble hoppiness in the smooth, crisp, bittersweet finish. A very good example of the style, especially from an American brewer.
