COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Hillbilly is our Barleywine aged for seven months in Angel’s Envy barrels. Full-bodied, deep mahogany in color, nice and hoppy, with layers of dark fruit, oak, and caramel, finishing dry. The 2011 version was aged in Heaven Hill barrels.

Draft @ the brewpub. Pours a hazy dark amber color with a white head. Has a fruity malty bourbon caramel dark fruit aroma. Sweetish malty bourbon caramel flavor with hints of dark fruit. Has a sweetish malty bourbon caramel finish.

Mahogany pour with a khaki head. Nose is sweet dark fruits, caramel, brown sugar, pine hops, and citrus zest. A hint of chocolate, plums, apple, and oak. Mild bourbon and vanilla. The flavor is sweet toffee, caramel, brown sugar, bourbon, and oak. Hints of chocolate, plenty of dark fruits, mild vanilla, and alcohol.
